Guest speaker: Helen Pettifer of Customer Service Consulting and Training

Helen Pettifer is a Customer Service consultant, trainer and author. She runs her own training company based in Buckinghamshire, bringing advice and support to companies on both internal and external Customer Service, with a large emphasis on complaint management.

Helen is also passionate about raising awareness on how companies can successfully support their vulnerable customers. She has designed and delivers training programmes for both front-line employees and management on this topic and works closely with charities and organisations to ensure these programmes are relevant and up-to-date. She is a public speaker on the subject, and is regularly invited to speak at conferences, seminars, and business exhibitions. Helen is a member of Toastmasters International and a Board member for Young Enterprise.

 

Dinner is provided from 6.00pm with the networking meeting starting at 6.30pm.

 

Come along to our relaxed networking event, as it is in the evening, it doesn’t affect your working day.
